Tracking your order

When your order is dispatched we send you the courier name and tracking number by WhatsApp or email. You can also check your order on our track order page.

Couriers and payment on delivery

We deliver through trusted courier partners. If you chose cash on delivery, you pay the courier when the parcel arrives. Please check that your name, mobile number and address are correct, because a parcel sent to a wrong address may be delayed or returned to us.

If a delivery does not go through

The courier will try to reach you before returning a parcel. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody answered, we will contact you to arrange delivery again, and a new delivery charge may apply.

Damaged or wrong parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, tell us within 48 hours of delivery. See our Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy for how we make it right.

Delays

Weather, strikes, public holidays or courier disruptions can sometimes delay a parcel. If that happens we will keep you updated on WhatsApp.

Where we deliver
