How to test a perfume properly

Spray once on the inside of your wrist and wait. The first ten minutes are the top notes; the heart shows after about half an hour and the base by the afternoon. Judge a perfume on how it smells later, not the first sniff.

Are Houdini testers the same perfume as the bottles?

Yes. Testers are the same Eau de Parfum in a 5ml size.
