Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

We want every Houdini to arrive exactly as you imagined it. If something is not right, here is how we make it right.

Cancelling an order

• You can cancel any order before it is dispatched by messaging or calling us with your order number. You get a full refund of anything you paid.
• Once an order is dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but you may be able to return it under the rules below.

Returns

Because perfume is a personal care product, we can only accept returns of items that are unopened, unused and still sealed in their original cellophane.

• Ask for a return within 7 days of delivery by contacting us with your order number.
• Send the item back in its original box and cellophane, with all free gifts that came with it.
• If you are returning because you changed your mind, the return delivery cost is yours.
• Opened bottles, used testers and opened Discovery Boxes cannot be returned for a change of mind.

Damaged, leaking or wrong items

If your parcel arrives damaged, a bottle is leaking or broken, or you received the wrong scent, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a video of the parcel and product. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, and we cover the delivery costs.

Refunds

• Once we receive and check a returned item, or approve a claim for a damaged or wrong item, we confirm the refund with you.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days.
• Card payments are refunded to the same card through Safepay. Your bank may take a further 7 to 14 working days to show it on your statement.
• Cash on delivery, bank transfer, Easypaisa and JazzCash payments are refunded by bank transfer or to your mobile wallet.
• Delivery charges are refunded only when the return is because of our mistake.

Refused cash on delivery parcels

If a cash on delivery parcel is refused without a valid reason, we may ask for advance payment on future orders.
